Terms of Service
1. What the service does
You submit a disagreement. Two AI advocates each argue one side and search the public web while doing so. A third AI reviews both and produces a recommendation. Every source opened is listed with the side that found it.
2. What it cannot do
The advocates and the judge are language models. They can be wrong, they can miss a decisive fact, and they can cite a source that is itself wrong. The recommendation reflects the material found in one research pass, not a complete review of the field. Confidence expressed in the output is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Do not submit anything you would not put in an email to a stranger: no passwords, no payment details, no health records, and no confidential material you are not permitted to share.
3. Your account
You need an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@clarity3.live if you think someone else has it.
One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the free balance more than once is a breach of these terms and we may close the accounts and withhold the balance on them.
4. Paying
Runs are prepaid. You add a balance, you choose a depth before each run, and the price of that depth is charged when the run starts. Prices are shown before you click and are charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
If a run fails before it produces any argument, the charge is refunded to your balance automatically. If a run completes, it is not refundable on the basis that you disagree with the recommendation — a recommendation you disagree with is still the service working.
Balance does not expire, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn. See the Refund Policy.
5. Availability
This is a small service and it depends on other people's infrastructure. It may be slow, unavailable, or rate-limited by an upstream provider. We do not promise uptime. If a run cannot complete, you are not charged for it.
6. Your content
What you paste stays yours. We store it so you can return to your debates, and we process it through the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy in order to answer you. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make, for work you commission, or for losses that follow from either.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account at info@clarity3.live. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, to farm free balance, or to break the law.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
